Today Orla’s class came to school looking a little out of character…or should we say a little in role! We celebrated World Book Day dressing up from stories we enjoy and brought our favorite books into school to share.

We have an amazing time at Bricks for Kidz on our school tour. Every child had a chance to take part in making cars to go down a ramp, working with Lego and a motor and some free time to create something. It was a fantastic day and everyone had great fun!
Ger’s Fifth Class organsied a Tóraíocht Taisce for our class. It was great fun being outside and all over the school. We had to try solve some tricky clues to find out information. It was great to spend some time with our buddies and we even managed to teach them cúpla focal ourselves.
Engineer’s Week ran from Monday 4th March until Friday 8th. Senior Infants were very busy looking at the different types of bridges that can be built and trying to make a structure stable enough for a toy car to safely pass over it.
